In each of the following groups of three statements about The Open Window, there is ONE statement that is wrong. Can you find it?

1. Vera is

Framton’s sister.
Mrs Sappleton’s niece.

2. Mrs Sappleton

is Vera’s aunt.

has at least two brothers.

3. Framton

has known Vera since she was a baby.
