The Step by Step website has a large number of self-test exercises. They are differentiated, and there are so many that it is hardly feasible that all users would try all of them.
The emphasis is on self-test exercises because pupils can then get instant feedback on their work. Furthermore, most teachers would probably prefer to have text work handed in on the platforms that their school uses (It’s Learning, Fronter, etc.).
Some exercises are linked directly to specific texts, and focus on content and some aspect of language. In addition there are self-test exercises where pupils can work with spelling, grammar and vocabulary building at a level of their choice.
